Self Optimization event series

Event series which consider biopolitical underpinnings of productivity strive.
Past editions have engaged contributors from the fields of behavioural economics, AI/ neuroscience and devotional practice, where the participatory formats introduced concept metaphors through raindrop cake and yin yoga, among others.

The first event inaugurated Hyper Functional, Ultra Healthy at Somerset House (London), contemplating subjectivity, consciousness and forms of intelligence including its artificial simulations, with speakers: Amy Clarke (sub. for Ramon Amaro), David Pfau, Prajnamanas and Alan Newman hosted by Marija Bozinovska Jones.
At the introduced tea-break, the audience was served raindrop cake and flowering tea - as metaphors for unfurling notions of the "self".

Another event hosted at Tate Exchange/ Tate Modern (London) as part of Hyphen Lab's Higher Resolution, Higher Self situated a yin yoga practice led by Emma Peel and a sound meditation with the holistic practitioner Sabrina Methalghi.
